Omg , I was having problems with this company but one of their agent helped me out alot and took control as I was telling Jessie Wright my complaint and how I wanted to leave state farm She helped me so much we began to lol and she didn't care how long she was on the phone to help me and she was very patient with me . She solved all my complaints I was so happy and very shocked bec she made me feel like she valued me and for that iam so greatful she even recalled me after hours and kept her word getting information that I needed and she is really and asset to state farm iam really hopeful that state farm is listening to their recording and value hard workers that helps to keep their business working she is an majore asset to the company god bless her. I also pray that if she ever need a letter of recommendation I would be honored to give her a notarized letter I pray that she move up in the company bec she know what to say and what to do to keep her clients happy, with state farm most importantly she speak a language thar u can understand her speech is so clear and and with great calmness I feel like I know her like family I wish she read this one day may God give her what ever she need God bless her in the name of Jesus Christ amen
